The AMORV Academy is not a course. It is a journey. A deep, immersive process built around the structure of the Hero’s Journey - a timeless blueprint for transformation.

We begin with Basecamp, a foundation for the journey ahead, before moving through five transformative phases. Each phase is designed to challenge, inspire, and reveal new ways of seeing and shaping the built world.

Day 01: Basecamp: exploring the rabbit hole?
Before any great journey begins, we must prepare. Basecamp is where we meet, align, and set the foundation for the academy experience.

Day 02 The Calling – Without Destination, Any Wind Will Do.
What is your unique role in this world? What drives you, beyond profession and expertise? We begin by uncovering your deeper motivations and aligning them with the urgent challenges of our time.

Day 03: The Fellowship – One Finger Cannot Lift a Pebble.
Change does not happen in isolation. In this phase, we explore collaboration, mentorship, group dynamics, systems thinking, and the power of community. How can we build regenerative environments that foster connection and resilience?

Day 04: The Dragons – The Cave You Fear to Enter Holds the Treasure You Seek.
Every transformation meets inner resistance. This is where we confront our assumptions, biases, and fears. What prevents us from real change? How do we navigate complexity and overcome the dragons that stand in the way of progress?

Day 05: The Performance – Standing in the Middle of the Circle.
Knowledge must become action. In this phase, we translate insights into tangible solutions, experiments, and interventions. This is where the built environment takes shape - where vision becomes reality.

Day 06: The Return – Bringing Home the Elixir.
Transformation is only complete when it continues beyond the academy. How do we integrate what we have learned into our work, communities, and daily lives? The journey does not end—it evolves.
